Supporting Our Own: A Special Partnership with Vautier Pharmacy

The strength of a community is often measured by how its members show up for one another during the hardest of times. For the Lions Club of Middle Districts (MDLC), that sense of responsibility extends to our long-standing partners and those who have supported us over the years.

A Request for Help

Vautier Pharmacy has been a stalwart supporter of MDLC for a long time. They have always been there when we needed a hand, so when they reached out to us with a deeply personal request, the answer was an immediate "Yes."

One of their valued team members required access to specialized medical cancer treatment. In these moments, time and resources are of the essence, and Vautier Pharmacy turned to us to help make that treatment a reality for their employee.

Responding with Heart

At its core, Lions is about service and kindness. We recognize that behind every local business are the people who make it run—our neighbors, friends, and family. Being able to contribute to this treatment was not just a donation; it was a way for us to give back to a business that has given so much to our club and the wider Palmerston North community.
